手冊內容詳載Bonn Zone平面圖及各活動議程，活動議程主要分為二種:
1.Pavilion Session:
位於Bonn Zone 城市與區域館(Cities and Regions Pavilion)的每日活動議程，
有Bonn Zone許可證者皆可參加。
2.Summit Dialogue:
位於Bonn Zone外其他地方(如Bula zone，Post Tower等) 的峰會相關活動，
有Bonn Zone許可證不一定能夠進入。
